Exfoliantes for cosmetics
Exfoliation is the process of removing dead cells from the stratum corneum. This process clears away dead skin cells, brightens and oxygenates the skin, stimulates cell regeneration, and improves the absorption of cosmetic products.
There are two main types. Physical exfoliants: Cosmetic products with granules that manually help detach dead skin cells from the epidermis. Chemical exfoliants: Products that act on the deeper layers of the epidermis, stimulating cell renewal and targeting skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone.
